• Support the onboarding processes, including preparing new hire documentation, scheduling orientations with manager approvals, drafting employee welcome emails, facilitating the orientation checklists, and tracking subcontractors for check-ins.
• Responsible for the background check process for new hires to the US office, including initiating new background checks, reporting issues to the HR team, collecting completed background checks from external staffing agencies as needed, and ensuring all background checks are fully completed with all required components.

• Reconcile employee PTO requests between ERP and ADP systems and work with employees to correct discrepancies.
